Shipping policy

Every CocoBean piece is made especially for you, so please allow us a little time to get it right.

Processing: Once you approve your preview, your order is typically dispatched within 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are usually at the faster end, and some tier-2 and tier-3 locations may take a little longer.

Shipping charges: Free. Every price on our site includes shipping anywhere in India.

Where we ship: All across India. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Tracking: Once your order leaves our print partner, we'll email you the tracking details.

Damage in transit: If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved, it helps with the claim.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll need to charge for re-shipping.

Delays outside our control: Occasionally, courier delays, weather, or local disruptions can slow things down. We'll always keep you updated if something's running late.
