By using cocobeanstudio.in and placing an order with us, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've tried to keep them readable.

What we make: What we make: CocoBean creates custom pet portraits generated from photographs you provide, delivered as posters, framed prints, canvas, or digital files.

Your photos: When you send us a photo, you're confirming that it's yours, or that you have permission to use it. Please don't send us images you don't have the right to use.

Using your portrait in our marketing: We may feature portraits we create, along with the original photo, on our website and social media. If you'd rather we didn't use yours, just tell us and we'll respect that, no questions asked.

Approval before print: After you order, we send you a preview before anything is printed. You get two free revisions, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve it. Once approved, that's the version we print.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes and shipping. We may update prices at any time, but any order already placed is honoured at the price you paid.

Accuracy of your details: Please make sure your contact and delivery information is correct. We can't be responsible for orders that go astray because of incorrect details.

Our artwork: The portraits we create remain our creative work. You're free to use, print, and share your portrait personally as much as you like, but please don't resell it commercially.

Limits of our responsibility: We do our best to describe our products accurately, but screens vary, and small differences in colour or texture between what you see online and what arrives are normal. Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one.
